Barbecue. Barbeque. Bar-B-Que. It doesn't matter how you spell it! Join us for the 3rd Annual Cookin' on the Creek BBQ Cook-Off. Competing BBQ Teams spend the weekend slicing, seasoning ad grilling, pork, chicken and beef in anticpation that their cooking will earn them a share of the over $7,250 dollars in cash prizes and of coure the priceless Braggin' Rights of the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS). The competition decisions lie in the hands of the KCBS certified professional judges. Except for that one special award, The People's Choice, solely judged by the People.
Scrumptious barbecue will be cooked by KCBS Competitor teams themselves and available for sample, as well as other festival style food that will tempt your taste buds. Come out and judge the People's Choice Competition and taste the juicy pork butt's cooked by those professional KCBS competitor teams.
